Philip has over 22 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, and business management/ development. Most recently, his clients have been in the information technology and energy sectors, as well as in the financial institutions space.
Philip has held senior executive roles at banks and broker dealers based in New York City – where he was responsible for internal capital raising initiatives, as well as building an investment banking division focusing on middle market private placements in Europe, Asia and the United States. He was previously a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Salomon Smith Barney (SSB/Citibank) in New York. In addition, Philip was a senior consultant at both KPMG and Andersen Consulting in New York City – focusing on business strategy for financial institutions. Previously, he was a consultant to the Flight Dynamics Facility of the National Aeronautics & Space Administration (NASA).
Philip holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics (Magna Cum Laude), from the College of William and Mary, and an M.A. in Applied Mathematics from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). He is fluent in English, Italian, and French.
